Sales
- Lead efforts to meet selling plans
- Coaching in the moment to meet business results and to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Set and communicate goals with associates at the beginning of each shift
- Manage Call-ins/ Call-offs to maximize the efficiency of floor coverage
Customer Experience
- Ensure the store and associates deliver an exceptional shopping experience
- Address customer concerns to maintain positive experiences
- Ensure the store is kept full & abundant of merchandise while maintaining brand standards
- Foster brand loyalty to promote repeat clientele
Operations
- Lead inventory management
- Fill manager role and responsibility when directed
- Oversee daily floor set and visual walk-through
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed by team members
- Incorporate Loss Prevention and safety into team communication daily
Personnel
- Coach and direct associates to maximize sales plan
- Onboard new associates and continually train existing team members with brand standards and product knowledge
- Set and implement selling goals to associates to reflect a strong selling culture
- Proven ability to drive sales results
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coach associates whenever needed
- Sales management experience
- Available for varied weekly shifts including: Weekend, Closing, & Holiday Shifts
- Flexible availability needed due to business needs
